Servihabitat reserves the right to make modifications or partially or totally omit the current contents of the Servihabitat portal should this be considered necessary, as well as temporarily or permanently impeding or restricting access.

Servihabitat fully complies with current legislation concerning the protection of personal data and with the commitments to confidentiality pertinent to its activity.

Servihabitat has adopted the technical means necessary to maintain the required level of security, in accordance with the nature of the personal details processed and the processing circumstances, with the aim of preventing as far as possible and in accordance with current technical means, their alteration, loss, or non-authorised processing or access.

When a request is made for the completion of a form containing personal data, the client or user will be informed of the destination of the information, the purpose of its collection, the identity and address of the person responsible for the file and the capacity of the user to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of the data. Servihabitat does not guarantee continual access, correct visualisation, download or use of the elements or information contained in the pages of the Servihabitat portal, the viewing of which may be impeded, hindered, or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control.

Servihabitat is not responsible for the information and other content contained in the spaces or web pages of third parties accessible from the Servihabitat portal through a link, nor is it responsible for the information and other content in the spaces or web pages of third-parties containing links to the Servihabitat portal or any of its web pages, nor for the information and content of any third-party web page presented under Servihabitat appearance or distinctive marks, except when expressly authorised by Servihabitat.
