Servihabitat, the real estate services company of "la Caixa", is a company that is 100% owned by the "la Caixa" Group.

At present, Servihabitat focuses on the marketing of property products, both its own and those belonging to other Group companies, and in this area of business is one of the country´s leading property companies

Servihabitat´s activity comprises all stages of the property cycle:

•     - Purchase of, or investment in, property assets (by auction, direct investment or dation in payment)
•     - Development/transformation of those assets with which added value can be created
•     - Management and administration of property assets
•     - Sale or rental

Servihabitat´s human team possesses 20 years of direct, complete experience in every stage of the process of management, development and marketing of assets. At present, it has a staff of 140 people.
